Lucky Dawg Animal Rescue is completely volunteer based. Every aspect of our organization is in the hands of people who are dedicating their time, talents, and treasures to help make a difference in the lives of our rescue animals.

 

We have many opportunities for volunteers ranging from just an hour or two a week to giving a temporary home to an animal in need. 

 

Our Volunteers: 

 

• foster families for our cats and dogs, both emergency and temporary

• provide transportation from our partner shelters to the new foster home (aka "the freedom ride")

• provide transportation to/from vet appointments

• assist with our many meet and greet events

• kitten/cat cuddlers in our partner PETCO locations

• advocate for adoption
